All orders are delivered by a courier service in 3-5 business days.
Our shipping charges are based on standard U.S. Mail rates (where applicable), which are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. After placing your order, you will see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the order summary in Your Account.

If you prefer expedited delivery please select one of the options below:
- Delivery on the second business day within the USA/Canada is $25 - $45 on top of the standard delivery charge.
- Overnight delivery within the USA/Canada is $35 - $80 on top of the standard delivery charge.
Local sales taxes and/or customs duties, if applicable, are extra. Customer is responsible for payment of such extra charges. They might be requested by your shipping company. Eldictionary has neither knowledge of nor the responsibility for paying local taxes and duties in countries, other than the US.
Please note that we cannot estimate the delivery time or guarantee ETA when delivering to P O Boxes.
Please note that your order will be shipped the same day only if placed before 2 PM PDT. time. We provide overnight delivery on business days only.
Tracking Your Packages
You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers website.

Return Policy
You can return hardware items purchased from us within 7 days from the date of receipt for exchange or refund. The goods must be returned in the original packaging and without any damage to hardware or software as the result of accident, abuse, misuse or service by any other party. Defective purchases returned for replacement will be replaced in a timely manner with no additional expenses to you. Returns for other reasons are made at the customers expense and we will deduct from all refunds the cost of the original shipping and handling that we normally waive when you make a purchase from us. All returned items are also subject to a restocking fee equal to 6.5% of the purchase price.
