Shipping Policy
Our shipping charges are based on standard UPS or U.S. Mail rates (where applicable), which are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. After placing your order, you will see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the order summary in Your Account.
Return Policy
You can return hardware items purchased from us within 7 days from the date of receipt for exchange or refund. The goods must be returned in the original packaging and without any damage to hardware or software as the result of accident, abuse, misuse or service by any other party. Defective purchases returned for replacement will be replaced in a timely manner with no additional expenses to you.
Returns for other reasons are made at the customers expense and we will deduct from all refunds the cost of the original shipping and handling that we normally waive when you make a purchase from us. All returned items are also subject to a restocking fee equal to 6.5% of the purchase price.
Warranty
Electronic Dictionary, warrants to the end user that its products will be free of defects in material and craftsmanship for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of original retail purchase, as evidenced by a sales receipt. If any defect occurs, the user may return the product to the dealer for an exchange.
This warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse or as a result of service by any other party. |
